The Internet Address Book是个人网络信息共享站点，和目前争议比较大的名片网之间的区别在于，这个站点的共享是用户自愿提供的。公开的地址可以包括IM工具，邮箱以及博课地址等，对于网络以及朋友之间的共享很方便。对于不同的联系方式提供不同的登陆方式，比如E-Mail或者Skype可以直接打开客户端。

注册用户的时候有个比较细节的东西：China后面有个注释(Zhongguo)，这让中国的用户感觉不错。对于具有大量网络ID的用户来说，登记这个地址可以让更多的人了解个人信息，只是对于隐私政策来说，要把自己全部信息都公布出来的确值得考虑。
