SearchMash是Google推出的搜索引擎，在用户体验上开始挑战用户的使用习惯。自从出现了Google模式的搜索引擎以后，基本上的搜索引擎布局开始标准化：标志+导航+搜索输入框+搜索按钮。现在的SearchMash则更加精简，干脆把搜索按钮也去掉了。大概为了体验流行的AJAX概念，站点开始使用实时提示方式来代替按钮。

搜索结果与Google本身的搜索结果大同小异，排名上大概做了部分调整，使用图片和信息结合的搜索结果模式。结果页面于现在的PARKING页面有相似的地方，使用more web pages来代替原先的页码（这样需要对本身是搜索结果非常自信才能做的到，否则将非常的不理想），每点一次就使用AJAX方式多10条记录。基本上的体验不是非常完美，可能是还没有习惯的原因。
