Deligio提供软件搜索服务，站点在设计上与Digg类似，通过标签分类与搜索来查询数据，站点特色就在与搜索的内容是软件连接。软件搜索结果只有提供连接，并没有直接在站内提供软件下载，与早先流行的软件下载站点不同，这样的连接方式至少没有造成版权或者其他的法律限制，也不会因为连接或者下载造成带宽影响，只提供中间服务。主页只显示搜索框，类似搜索引擎，不过站内数据有用户主动提交，比较良好准确的保障。

With Deligio we just wanted to create something for ourselves. A place where people connect with each other about software. Software that interests them. Their own application, or software from others. Just plain simple.
注册用户可以提交或者保存搜索结果，对于软件下载地址；还有个功能就是邀请好友参与。在使用上非常简单，只要搜索或者标签选择就能操作。还有个独立的管理空间，以用户名为结尾的地址连接。
